The Gunite Group, consisting of Gunite (Eastern) Ltd and Gunfire, is a family-owned multi-disciplinary construction company based in Cambridgeshire.
Originally formed in 1992 to provide sprayed concrete and concrete repair services throughout the UK. During the past 25 years the portfolio of specialist in-house services provided by Gunite has grown to encompass a wide range of external refurbishment services. These include brickwork repair and repointing, structural strengthening, liquid applied roofing and deck membranes, waterproofing, balustrading and external façade cleaning and restoration.
Originally set up in 2000 as the passive fire protection branch of the company. Gunfire has also continued to expand to encompass a wide range of specialist passive fire protection services. These include maintenance and replacement fire doors, fire stopping, fire boarding, fire compartmentation and intumescent coatings.
Together Gunite (Eastern) Ltd and Gunfire Ltd form the Gunite Group of companies.
As a UK-wide contractor the Gunite Group serves all sectors of the industry. We work in partnership with our clients as a main contractor, framework partner and specialist subcontractor within occupied and unoccupied facilities.
